Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

HP Thunder Youth Hockey Travel

GHPYH requires a $100 tryout fee. This tryout fee is a non refundable deposit and is required prior to finalizing the registration for tryouts. Tryouts are not required for 16\18U, but a non refundable $100 deposit is required in order to secure a spot. 16\18U Goalies are free.

8U Mite Instructional League

GHPYH requires a $100 non refundable deposit fee and is required prior to finalizing the registration.

Coaching Applicants

Refunds will only be given to coaches, who have been approved, and are chosen for a Thunder team, to cover the costs of the USA Hockey registration and completion of USA Hockey classes, course modules, and Safe Sport. The registration, classes, modules, cori, and safe sport MUST ALL BE COMPLETED before any refunds are given. You are welcomed to donate the costs back to the program if you would like.
