GETTING STARTED ON THE MOBILE APP

All registered Crossbar users will have access to the Crossbar mobile application on both iOS and Android. After you’ve downloaded the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play, you can log in with the same user account you use with the GHPYH website. Once logged in, you’ll be able to see your player’s Team(s) and schedule. This app will allow you to view your current schedule, family calendar of games and practices, and also easy access the availability function

If you do not see your teams showing, you may need to be granted access to your player’s profile by the primary account who registered your player.

Teams-

When you log into the mobile app, click on the menu button and then Teams, you will be presented with a list of active teams that are associated with your account.

If you are missing teams from that list, it is likely because your account is not associated with the team. 

Family Calendar-

This shows practice and game calendars for registered players. Subscribe to your Family Calendar by clicking on the cloud icon, which allows you to sync to your calendar on iOS/Android calendar applications.

Team Chat -

The Crossbar mobile app features a team chat. The team chat is a great way to communicate with the team on the go. This is a separate messaging system from the "Team Feed" found on each team page, which sends an email to all associated accounts. Only those who have downloaded and installed the app on their mobile device will receive team chat notifications.
