We want your feedback!

The Greater Haverhill Pentucket Youth Hockey organization is committed to providing a fun, affordable and competitive program for all of it's members. In years past we have conducted surveys to drive change and improvement in the organization.  Some of the items we've incorportated based on your feedback are: Summer Skills, player owned jerseys, extended fall skills and more.

In a effort to continuously improve, we would appreciate it if you could take a few minutes to complete a short survey. Your responses will remain anonymous and confidential. If you have multiple children, please fill out a survey for each child participating during the 2017-2018 League year

Please click below to take the survey:

The Survey will close March 10th.  We will share the results after the close of the survey. Thank you very much.

GHPYH 2018/2019 Tryout Registration

Registration for the 2018-2019 season is now open!

It will remain open from now through March 17, 2018.  All registrations are done online through our website. The tryout registration fee is $100.  This non-refundable fee is due prior to evaluations and will be applied to the 2018-2019 tuition.  Please note that Peewees and Bantams will be asked to list their position preference.  This is not required for Mites and Squirts.

Registration will close on March 17th to allow GHPYH time to determine approximate sizes for each tryout session to allow evaluators to provide the fairest evaluation. Therefore, it's critical to pre-register.

Tryouts for the 2018/2019 season will be held on the following Tuesdays and Thursdays in March at the Haverhill High School Veteran’s Rink:

Tuesday March 20, 2018

Midget evaluations will take place in the fall, if necessary. We'll be placing Midget players according to the school that they attend.   However, registration is still required to ensure your place on a team this fall.

We anticipate the above schedule for each age group but may change day of the week based on registration volume at each age group.  Dates and times will be confirmed as we get closer to the tryout dates.

Please continue to check our website for more information as it becomes available. We anticipate the above schedule for each age group but may change the day of the week based on registration volume at each age group.  Dates and times will be confirmed as we get closer to the tryout dates.

Registration for our 2018-2019 Learn to Skate and Learn to play programs will open later this summer.

If your child is trying out as a GOALIE, they will tryout with their assigned age group (Squirt, Peewee, Bantam).  Goalies will be evaluated at the group sessions. Mites cannot tryout for a goalie only position.

You must register online at our website, and click on the “Register Online” button, or directly by clicking HERE.  The non-refundable cost for registration is $100 BEFORE March 15th, or $125 the 1st day of tryouts.   To ensure we have the appropriate number of players at each tryout, you MUST PRE-REGISTER prior to tryouts.

Shaw's comes through once again!

For the 4th year in a row, we received a generous donation from Shaw's Supermarket in Plaistow.  General Manager Phil Scarponi made a $500 donation to our program in support of local youth hockey. The check was accepted by Chris Baker, along with members of our Peewee 1 and 3 teams.

Show our thanks by shopping at Shaws in Plaistow!

Thank you Shaws!
